Returns & Exchanges

At Glowco, we want you to feel as radiant as you look in our fashion collections. If your purchase isn't quite right, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Package Your Items

  Place the unwashed and unworn items with original tags attached back into their original packaging or a secure mailing box.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and securely tape it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect your items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
